How can I find the nutritional information for a product?

A.

We have attempted to include the complete nutritional information for all products. You may search by condition, manufacturer or product. When you find the product just click on the magnifying glass next to the flavor and the detailed nutritional information will appear.

4WebMed does not share, sell or provide your information to anyone, for any reason.

HOW DOES THE ORDERING WORK?

A.

4WebMed designed a program to maximize consumer flexibility. We allow patients to mix products, flavors, manufacturers and even frozen and non-frozen products. To create a customized case all you have to do is order 50 pieces or $90.00 (before shipping charges).

HOW IS THE PRODUCT SHIPPED?

A.

Products are shipped using Federal Express. Frozen orders are delivered in 2-3 business days (unless orders are placed on a Thursday or Friday in which case they are shipped on Monday for Wednesday delivery). Special arrangements can be made for Thursday and Friday shipments. Non-frozen products are delivered within 4-7 business days and ship Monday to Thursday. Saturday deliveries add approximately $25.00 and Next Day Delivery is available for an additional $25. We can not deliver products to PO Boxes.

What is the CVV number?

A.

The CVV number is a 3 or 4 digit security code that verifies the card is in your possession and that the transaction you are about to make is legitimate. We take this information for your protection as well as ours.

Where can I find the CVV number?

A.

For Visa and Mastercard the CVV number is located on the back of your card where your signature is and will be 3 numbers. For American Express the code is 4 numbers and is found on the front of the card just above the last 4 digits of the credit card number.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

A.

The cost of shipping for most orders varies from state to state and is determined by the weight of the package. Freight for frozen orders also costs more because they must be shipped second day Federal Express and packed in Styrofoam with dry ice. Fedex also charges a fuel surcharge that is currently between 13% and 15%. The AVERAGE cost of a 30-pound FROZEN package is between $40.00 and $65.00 depending on your geographic location. Packages can be delivered Next Day for an additional $25-$40 or delivered on Saturday for an additional $25.-$40.

When will my order ship after I place it?

A.

Orders will be shipped on the same day they are placed with the following exceptions. We do not ship orders on Friday. If an order is placed after 12pm it will be processed and shipped the following day. Frozen orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday will ship the following Monday (holidays excluded) unless Next Day or Saturday delivery is requested. On occassion, some Internet orders placed over the weekend will not ship until Tuesday due to the volume of orders we receive. Out-of-Stock and Non-Stock orders will ship as soon as the product becomes available.

What is your return policy?

A.

Once a product is ordered, it becomes the customer's responsibility to get the product back to our warehouse in usable condition. For a product to be accepted as a return, it must be unopened and in its original form. Returned products are shipped at the customer's expense and all orders are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. There is no refund on the original shipping costs. All return inquiries must be made within 7 days from receipt of package. Returns initiated after 7 business days are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. 4WebMed reserves the right to deny any credit if the integrity of the product is in question (re-frozen, damaged seal).

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed via our web site, phone(toll-free 877-493-2633), fax (954-441-9577), e-mail (info@4webmed.com), or by mail. If you are going to order by mail please be sure to include payment in the form of check or money order made payable to 4WebMed.

Q.

What if my product is damaged?

A.

Proof of damages must be provided. Customer must either return the product to 4WebMed or, in the event of melted or leaking, must provide physical proof in the form of photos showing that the product is damaged or unusable before credit will be issued. All claims for damages must be notified immediately and product must be returned or proof provided within 10 days of delivery.

Can I pay with a check or money order?

A.

Yes. Checks and money orders must be received before the product will be shipped. Make checks payable to 4WebMed. Our address is 2805 North Commerce Parkway in Miramar, Florida 33025. If you wish to pay COD there is a $7.50 charge for this service.
